John Cameron, Associate Professor, International Development Studies, Dalhousie University

Over the many years that I’ve been a member of CASID, it has been an amazing network of scholars and practitioners with enormous energy and enthusiasm for research, teaching and critical thinking about international development. CASID played key roles in supporting the ‘Public Policy Advocacy’ Summer School course which Dr. Rebecca Tiessen and I taught in Spring 2018 as well as the IDRC-funded ‘Career Paths of IDS Graduates’ research project (see the link on the CASID site). I always look forward to connecting with the CASID community at the annual conference.
