CASID 2025 KEYNOTE SPEAKER - Dr. Farhana Sultana

Dr. Farhana Sultana, Professor at Syracuse University, will deliver the keynote address at CASID 2025. An internationally recognized expert in political ecology, water governance, climate change, and social justice, Dr. Sultana will discuss "The Intersection of Decolonizing Development and Climate Change."
